Acquisition Paves Way for Associated Distributors and Lil' Drug Partnership
Cedar Rapids, Iowa: Linden Holdings II, LLC (Linden Holdings), a member of the Lil’ Drug Store Products Inc. (LDSP) family of companies, announced they have purchased the assets of Associated Distributors, a company that sells Images® brand sunglasses and Wavelength® brand cellular accessories to convenience store wholesalers and retailers. The purchase deal will give Associated Distributors access to the resources of Lil’ Drug Store Products, a recognized leader of convenience retail channel solutions.
Associated Distributors started in 1974 and has become a leading sunglasses and cellular accessories provider to convenience channel distributors and wholesalers. Based in Georgia, Associated Distributors sells Images brand sunglasses and Wavelength brand cellular accessories to over 4,000 convenience stores in the United States. Associated Distributors has developed a successful business by focusing on selling the finest quality sunglasses and cellular accessories to convenience channel distributors and a direct store merchandising program with excellent service that distinguishes them from competitors.
